Farmer Boy

Josiah recently got to visit his great-uncle's farm near Eau Claire, WI.

Great-Gramma Mimi drove over from the Twin Cities to spend the day with him (and his mom & dad, of course). She even went for a ride on the 4-wheeler, I'm told.

Every toddler learns that a cow says, "MOO"... but what in the world does a llama say?

Don't Llamas spit? Maybe they say "Patooie!"

Josiah is learning early, like all guys should, about biking.
I know he like riding on the 4-wheeler and just can't wait until he can ride it by himself.
I also think llamas spit. But they don't say "Patooie."

I just Googled 'llamas say' and found this:
"I’m much better looking than this photo, at least that’s what the good-looking boy llama said."

i like jenns' explanation for the llama sound best. either that, or there is just a lot of slobber noises, as they flap their big half horse, half giraffe lips all over everywhere.

Yeah, I think llamas hiss or spit or something. I'm also starting to think they're taking over the world because I hear about them EVERYWHERE. I wonder where the llama craze started?

What did one llama say to the other?

Hey! Check out the human with the cotton sweater!

I think a llama says "oorgle".
But only when they are happy which isn't very often.
