Mrs. Jim and I are in Milan, Tennessee, tonight with my sister-in-law. Tomorrow we leave and go to Morehead, Ky.
That was a nice picture.
If you want to delete my first comment, go ahead. I apologize now ahead of time.

I am not a fan of dandelions. But I suppose they have some purpose.

Is that your LAWN?
Is that YOUR lawn? I don't believe it, but it's a very nice composition whoever's it is.I was nipping my dandy lions before they got to the fuzzy stage but they're getting ahead of me. Time to mow again.

I have tried removing them with one of those tools. Dandelion roots end in the center of the earth. It's a lost cause.

It is not a lost cause, but if you get one of those special weed pulling tools (not like what you have) that has a claw like apparatus at the bottom...that you step on to operate, it will get the whole root, but you will end up with a holey yard that you will have to fill in with dirt and plant more grass.....but OH how nice it is.......
ask me how i know...go ahead. ok will tell you. i spent one afternoon out in my little front yard and pulled up every last one of the dandelions that the neighbors yard had infected us with. my yard was bare when i was done, but after putting some more soil down and lots and lots of seed, it looked like a green carpet.
Just call me Aunt Jo Green Jeans.

It does look kinda pretty and they do have a purpose. If I could just remember what that was, hehe.
God's Grace.
