Finally!

It's been Spring, according to the calendar, for almost 4 weeks. Somebody finally told the trees.
I think this is an ornamental pear tree (?)
We have 3 of these in our yard. This is the smallest, and the first one to blossom.
You will notice that no one ever has to tell the dandelions it's Spring.

Kids LOVE dandelions and adults hate them.

Those are beautiful trees, so when can we expect ornamental pear pie?
    haha

Those are pretty trees. You will be glad you have them.
Ours were like that last February, now they have new green leaves and all.
Not many pears set on though. Maybe the bees thought it was too early.

The pear trees around here really took it hard this year. They started, but then that long, hard freeze did 'em in. It's sad. Thanks for the pictures.

Our second spring has just started, too.
