    The sight of those green beans reminds me of our marriage; the JP was shelling field peas when we walked into her office. The ceremony must have worked anyhow, we're close to 38 years now.

    Fresh beans, yummy!

    This reminds me of all the buckets full of beans my mom got, when I was young. We would be cleaning those beans all afternoon to get them ready to cook and freeze. That was not much fun. The fun part was, that the neigbor's wife and her daughters would come over to help in exchange for a bucket full of beans:-)
