First Annual Turkey Bowl

We had our first snow of the season last night. It was a light snow, but this Thanksgiving morning found us scraping crusty ice off our windshields.

Ten brave souls made history by showing up for the first annual Turkey Bowl (touch football). It's a long-standing tradition in Chicago, and PR decided to try transplanting it here on this, our first Thanksgiving in Sterling.Who won? Everybody!

When the word gets out that the girl(s) play too, watch out!
Next year's will be big time as all the boys will want to tackle those girls that will come. Like have "it and they will come."
The girls too when they see all these hunks, just to find out what they missed.

My Brother-in-law lives in Jcksnvl, FL and hosts an annual Thanksgiving golf tournament, complete with a wild jacket to the winner. He calls it Turkey Something, too.
