That is easy to digest. I'll bet everyone is smiling behind it, huh?
But be careful, that last paragraph looks like an excuse to bill you something nasty next time.

I think you'd better lead them to the meter. Maybe it is hiding the tall grass that PR missed.
Our water meter stopped, they figured it out and put us in a new one. That saved us a couple of dollars.
Stay dry and cool. And don't blow away!
